He tries to kill Spider-Man throughout the episode, so by that standard, yeah he's "all villain".

I'm not watching Ultimate Spider-Man anymore, I'm done with it

More an adversary than a villain. They combined the Stargod's appearance with the Man-Wolf's unreasoning violence. Man-Wolf gets a lot of screen time beating the crap out of Spidey and his team. We do get a partial explanation for the transformation, but no indication who set it up or what their intentions were. And the episode leaves the door wide open for John to go Man-Wolf again in later episodes.

What Jay said. Man-Wolf fights the heroes throughout the episode, so he's "all villain" as I think you mean it. He doesn't seem to have evil intent. The way the episode ends, there's a good change we'll be seeing the Man-Wolf again this season.

can you do me a favor, I'm not watching Ultimate Spider-Man anymore because of that episode, unless you are about him changing in the future episode, can you let me know if he shows up again
