Pretty neat stuff! You can hardly tell this is a manip under the lace of the shirt. Very natural looking. All I really think may need a little tweaking is that the ear seems a little too towards the center in the reflection. I imagine the low-res-ish look in the actual figure is to add an "out of focus" look, but aside from that, I really like this one!
