The Gootapillar is a very rare and very exotic insectoid thing that I have been cultivating in my backyard for some time now. They are very territorial; NEVER let them come in contact with one another! As you can see the ends of their legs have little eyeball/scent glands/gluesacs. They use these to hold onto things as they move around.
These are two of my small specimensl only about a foot long each. The larger ones get to be around four feet long and I have to feed them raw steak constantly.
As you can see, when the two of them meet, the interactions are almost always fatal, for at least one of them. I'm still not sure how they reproduce. I was fortunate to get a picture of this epic battle.
