This thing was as much of a success as much as it was agonizing to make. Putting the ring base together was a bitch and the intricate cutting on the brass piece wanted me to go insane...not to mention I thought I almost ruined it when my rivet holes were in the wrong places but thankfully, the brass conveniently covered the wrong/messed up holes and marks. Good new...it is finally done. Bad news is that in making and finishing this project, my wrists have taken a bad toll as severe pain has forced me to by wrist braces and activeon and the like. Hoping it does not lead to carpal tunnel...but after this piece, I'm going to take it easy a bit. My drawing, while I hadn't put anything up recently, might be a while in the making as my wrists recover...but I hope to have some new stuff up soon.
