Actually, Kangaskhan are exclusively female and are born with the baby already. I'm pretty sure you knew that already, but I'm too much of a fanboy to not say anything

Considering we have female machoke that are still a male machoke body and female Mr. Mimes, I don't think much can be said about this.

Also considering the theory that Cubone and Marowak are the Baby Kangaskan, then there are male ones

there are a lot of plot holes in the pokemon universe having obviously one-gender-only pokemon actually being able to have both genders, but kangaskhan IS in the category of female-only pokemon, along with chansey, miltank and some others

So many people have done the gender swap on every character out there. It is art, just enjoy it.

I'm not complaining, rule 63 exists for a reason doesn't it? xD

I'll join the riot when someone forgoes Nidoqueen and somehow makes a female Nidoking. Until then i'll just keep my hunky male Kangaskhan. =P

(Seriously though, it can be called R63, non-canon, illogical or whatever, i've been waiting 15+ years for my leader of the heard, male kangaskhan, and now i've got 'im, that's all that matters to me.) (`w°)
