A color study that started, relatively, fast and then slower and slower.. ='B
I started with the background and then the solid shape of the bird with his predominant color in a new layer, locked the opacity, and painted with in that shape.
Added a layer at the end to fix some bits of color that were to messy to change by then.

Actually.. a bit before doing this I had started watching Regular Show,
and even If I wasn't thinking of him when I choose the ref for this color study,
