I was so caught up in the depressing/bleak tone I feel from this picture I almost didn't notice the neat home recording studio with a mirror floor(!) - Very dreamy/symbolic (?)
I don't really know much about art or technique, but I've since I first started following your pictures always found there to be a great deal of atmosphere in your choice of color and tone.

Thanks. The flooding was a 'subconscious told me to' choice, draw first and ask questions later, so it's bound to mean something :3 Self-neglect, perhaps?

Very unique.
My mind struggled briefly with the reflection/refraction, trying to reconcile 'mirrored floor' with the fact that her tail and the hem of her dress seemed to go THROUGH it, and then I finally figured out it was a water surface.
Well done!

Without lines the water surface is hard to parse, I can see. Perhaps I should've overcome my purist inclinations and put a few ripples in?

Superbelated: it was really cool seeing the entire space and interpreting the design of the space before realizing that all these lovely things had been ruined by the flood.

Oh, my god. That reflection is gorgeous. I had trouble for a second working itout, I thought she was part naga, but then it clicked and I just sat back and stared in awe. The color scheme is very interesting, the scene has a lot of character with very few colors, and for being drab colors for the most part it looks, while a bit weary, very... just alive, but in a tired sense.
