We used the muffin method on this loaf of zucchini bread. The muffin mixing method is once again separating all dry and wet ingredients, making a well into the dry then pouring in the wet. During production I had accidently poured some sugar in with the flour which caused some cracking once it came out of the oven. Chef pointed it out, so I was able to view how small errors can affect the final product.
NOTE FOR ANYONE MAKING ZUCCHINI BREAD: Make sure the sugar is poured with the wet ingredients or else it will come out like the dessert ground; such as see above.
