It's about damn time I wrote something involving a Scolipede.
So I started this on Sunday in another huge stream where I got through most of it but not quite all of it, much like The New Enlightenment, and just like that snippet it also ended up going way long (though not quite as much). I've had this idea for a while and I sort of knew the basic way I wanted to execute it, but at some point I decided to do it as a continuation of Caught in the Headlights, mostly focusing on the human character (who, like the protagonist of Never Twice, now has an actual name), though the Xerneas has a cameo.
Features transformation, weight gain, lots of binge-eating, and a small amount of slob (mostly just overly messy eating). There's nudity, but nothing is really shown and there aren't any boobs bursting out of shirts so I don't think it needs to be mature.
Pokemon, Scolipede, and Xerneas are owned by Nintendo/Gamefreak.
Characters are my own creation.
It's not often I have a story with a male protagonist who's still male by the time it's over.
I wonder how many people will know where the name of the character comes from.

...pff, haha, oh wow, I didn't even think of that. XD; Nawr, it's not supposed to be a reference to Max from the anime; the glasses are mostly just an artifact from the character having them in the previous snippet that this is continuing from, I probably wouldn't have used them if this were a completely standalone story as it may have originally been. He'd also probably be more of a smartass with snarky inner monologues if I'd based him off of that Max.

Oh, that Max from the Anime is who you based the name on, which reminds me of a pokemon comic involving Ash becoming a pikachu once again, at a certain point in the comic, it has a picture of Max in a Harry Potter outfit saying the name of the episode that happened to Ash. The person making it really captures everyones personality.
Uh, I just said in reply to the comment right above yours that it wasn't based on Max from the anime. The glasses, the clothes, and the fact that this is a story related to Pokemon are all purely coincidental. My choice for the name has nothing to do with any reference to a show, videogame, or other form of popular culture.
