Art is magic when you can take this and redo it in to this!
My first full colored with a background piece. Just like art I did before this just kept evolving and growing in my head as I did it. Intended first to be something to test dixievonfur's tutorial on a Basic Intro to Paint Tool Sai with lining and flat colors... I opted to try shading, as well. I tried a little of latiro's tutorial for clouds and also splurged a little on Onta's brush pack and just... well... one thing lead to the other... and another and another and....
I CAN'T WAIT FOR A YEAR TO GO BY JUST SO I CAN TRY TO REDO THIS AND MAKE IT EVEN BETTER!!!!
Total time sketching was prolly 2 hours, 4 hours for the first attempt at lining/coloring, then another 8 hours relining this in sai and coloring/shading/sketching background goodies/adding those in.
Time to change my status from watcher to Artist!
