If you are asking if it references me, then the answer is no; I've never dated any woman and probably never will, for reasons I'd rather not talk about but possibly ones you can guess (please don't say so). If you were to ask if these were based on friends of mine that had dates but got dumped, then the answer is yes. There's nothing to put you down in the pit when you were up on cloud nine a second ago than your date telling you he/she is dating someone else. It also pops up in a bunch of pop music.

I have my theories on you but I try not to make assumptions.

I've never been big on love poems or breakup poems, too many people over saturate the literature world with it, but in your case I just find it interesting to see, regardless of who it's referring to.
