Please bare with me if it's not as good as it could be; I haven't written fiction in a while so I'll need some time to regain my writing mojo. I wrote this over the course of several hours and finished it up a few minutes ago, so I tried to clean up most of what my sleep-deprived self had written at around 4 AM this morning.
