Being a cat-dragon hybrid Stanly doesn't really have much of a dragon in him.
His main "magical" feature is his hair. Once cut, it will prevent him from using his abilities like changing from anthro to feral, climbing walls and extra stealth. Stanly always resisted a short haircut, so this was found out when his mother forcibly cut his hair short for the summer. He spent whole three months being a feral cat till his hair finally grew long enough to change to anthro form again.
Thus his haircut is never too short.

I see what this is getting at... it's just like the story of Samson in the Bible. Samson couldn't get his hair cut, or else he would lose his incredible strength. But anyway, this is a little different than that. Besides, I doubt that Stanly would use a donkey's jawbone to kill an army of enemies anyway, right?
As I wrote in the description, he is not much of a dragon. His grandfather was a dragon, but he was born from two normal cats and his genes are mostly feline. He just wasn't destined to have wings I guess. You can see more about his skills in the ref sheet: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3418764/
