HOW THE FUCK DO THEY DO IT
i've tried so hard and my colouring still looks like... i dunno.. crap
I know, I know we shouldn't copy other people's styles and everything but. I'm jealous. There.. said it.. I've tried so fucking hard, it ended up ruining the pic... do they like colour first and draw the outline? do they hide someone else just to colour, do they fuckingly strike a deal with the devil to have the ability to magically colour their artworks
endrant. ah well.. 8U guess i'm stuck with this fake-like colouring forever. that or I just need to draw in black and whites

Ariffrazalin, your drawings are adorable. Your colorings, perfect. I've seen most of what you've done, and they're very heartwarming, touching, or funny. They convey the emotions you're putting into them. Which is exactly what art should do. Other artists have their way of drawing and colouring. You have yours. I've not seen one bad piece of art from you yet. So this comment "i've tried so hard and my colouring still looks like... i dunno.. crap" is false. You're a good artist, don't be so hard on yourself. *hug*
i heard its all about coloring with "value and color theory" value as density and thinking in 3D, how light source affects colors and stuff www.ctrlpaint.com has good coloring tutorials =3
its okay to copy other people styles to make your own, coloring or line-wise x3 thats how we all learn :3
im sure they go for lines then base color, then darker colors, complementary colors for shading and so on.
using colored lines adds to it too ^u^ but overall, its color theory what will make your works looks like how you want them,there be plenty of tutorials around here, easy to understand
