This is grill seared Tuna over an arugula salad. I was kinda of like hot sushi since the tuna was still pink in the center. It was a very light dish for such a fatty fish.
Note: Tuna is over fished so it's best to stop eating it until we have some regulations set forth on the fishing of this large fish.
