The other half of the SWAT Kats duo, Jake. Now this one I think came out really well, not counting the pants, those folds look a little bad.
Anyways, as with Chance I tried to keep his anatomy slightly close to his cartoon origins, though I think if I ever draw them again I'll just go with normal anatomy.
