Done.

Built from frame up. Replaced front Derailleur, replaced crank because when I checked the original one second and third gear where gone. teeth like needles and/or just work short. Two new brake cables, pair of replacement brake calipers, replaced the tyres for chunkier ones, replaced crank and bearings. Swapped the gripshift gear shifters for rapid fire shifters.

I also replaced the rear derailleur. It worked fine, but I didn't like it.

Oh and I replaced the rear shock, but kept the red spring. When I was working on it yesterday I noticed that the shock was loose and wouldn't tighten up, upon removing it I noticed the hole for the bearing had worn into a funny shape, indicating the previous owner had been riding this with a loose rear suspension shock for awhile.
