This is my official ref for Havik.
HAVIK is a male red panda corgi or sometimes referred to as a pandog!
He's a bit of a troublemaker but if overall a caring little guy. Havik loves to make you laugh or smile and is extremely loyal to those he loves. He can be sassy and doesn't really like to be told what to do. However he will pretty much do anything for his yotie. Always wears his bandanna, only wears clothes sometimes which are usually tanktops like his CRAY one.
HE SMELLS LIKE CINNAMON
Havik is a clean character, but you may draw him in any style you want really as long as its not mature/adult.

I told them about it and suggested they wait to hear your response and they claimed "I really am sorry. But they are nothing alike. So I will continue to sell this. They use completely different color schemes, and markings are extremely different. I don't mind you notified. But I don't see similarity at all. I'm keeping it up. And I will sell it. I have seen many characters that are Red Pandas befor. And they all have similar attributes. So I'm not taking it down."
