Rated General though I suppose unspoken implications... eh Sly Sludge and Verminous Skumm from Captain Planet had the same implications.
Way back when I was first fudging around with my superfur setting and trying to develop a metaplot for the overall setting, I made four anthro supervillains with a vague Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse theme. There were a couple of reasons why Morbidus was put to the side. Among other things, the setting began to develop in a different direction but I believe the main thing was, though I touched on this subject before in my Extinctioners fanfic, I never felt I could give it the nasty and unapologetic detail it deserved. Recently was chatting with another writer and this character came up again so I decided to get my thoughts together, dust Morbidus off, and finally give her a proper sheet.

Name: Dr. Drina Morbidus
Alias: None, Identity is public knowledge
Species: Komodo Dragon
Gender: Female
Age: 28
Height: 6’1”
Weight: 165 lbs.
Quote: “Fascinating… you are resisting better than anticipated. I will definitely have to account for that in the next strain.”
Occupation: Rogue Virologist, Mad Scientist.
Skills: Scientific genius with several PhDs in microbiology, virology, and biochemistry.
Powers: No real powers of her own though she does possess a custom-built battle suit and a team of robots designed primarily to spread her toxins and collect biological samples for further analysis. Her physiology is highly resistant to disease, even compared to other members of her species, due to privately acclimatizing herself to disease over her career.
Robots: In addition to her battle suit, Morbidus maintains a small divergent army of robots built to different designs. While some are small and would be largely non-threatening were it not for their toxic payloads, most are designed with combating specific kinds of superheroes in mind. Fast, agile range combatants for dealing with powerhouses and other CQC heroes, slow, well-armored melee brutes for dealing with ranged combatants; all robots are further built to work in tandem with different models, all the better to counter-mixed teams of superheroes.
History: To be properly written at a later date…
Personality: Generally Morbidus is cold, clinical, and emotionally detached. The world is her petri dish and every new encounter is a potential experiment in the making. This is not to say she is without passion, the good doctor is a fervent believer in the philosophy of Reptilia Superior, the belief that reptiles are destined to rule over the “lesser” mammals.
Appearance: A tall, toned, unnaturally slender Komodo Dragon with a typical grayish-green coloration. Head is hairless, eyes are a dark black, and appearance is otherwise typical of her species.
Typically she is dressed in a rubberized body suit and chemically treated lab coat, both dyed a bright white. The body suit covers her from head to toe, ending in thick rubber boots specially designed to resist being punctured by her clawed feet, and is designed to merge effortlessly with a full filtration helmet, covering her mouth with military-grade NBC filters and hiding her eyes behind a polarized visor.
In the rare situations where her research takes her into the field, Morbidus employs a vaguely humanoid suit of power armor. While somewhat primitive compared to other battlesuits, her powered suit is resistant to high-caliber firearms, is capable of providing a completely sealed environment for twenty-four hours, and possesses some of the highest radiation protection known to anthrokind. The downside is that her armor lacks some of the gadgets other suit users take for granted; like jet-assisted flight, integrated weapons, or an advanced sensor suite. Weaponry consists of externally mounted sprayers and pneumatic guns loaded with her choice of toxins.
Weaknesses: Not immune to her own poisons. Physiology is fairly resistant to disease but she is still somewhat susceptible and needs to use appropriate protective devices when handling her projects. Despite her reliance on automated technology she is not particularly skilled in robotics or mechanics, forcing her to often barter or haggle with others in the supervillain community to keep her mechanical assets functioning properly. Robots are vulnerable to EMP and weapons are useless against proper NBC counter-measures and protective devices.
Allies and Enemies: Due to the nature of her work and her political philosophy, Morbidus has very few allies and many, many enemies. Wanted by several law enforcement agencies on Silicon Earth, including the DSA, FBI, Interpol, and Overwatch, she joined the Rik-Tah legions to escape justice and pursue her morbid research in relative peace.
On Sentinel Earth, her reception has been mixed. Most of her fellow mercenaries keep her at arm’s length for obvious reasons but she becomes extremely popular when some cells of rebel humans employ “weapons of last resort” in order to stem the Rik-Tah invasion. While the breakdown of global communications and modern society means it’s harder for her reputation to spread amongst the human resistance, those that have heard of Dr. Morbidus hate and fear her like nothing else. Several factions in particular have sworn some sort of vengeance against her. Amongst them is Colonel Jonathan Wylder, a Special Forces commander formerly of the USMC, and Dr. Black, a disease pathologist leading the remnants of the CDC and American Red Cross.
