Yeah, I couldn't figure out how to use templates for this. But this is basically that whole Draw this Again Meme that has been going around on Deviant Art. Yay I smart.......I can't figure out how to use templates and can't spell! :D

I can never get colored pencil to look right in my scanner. So the one from 1999 looks a little faded....

I'll be honest, I don't see a whole lot of improvement as far as the drawing part goes. Coloring? Yeah a bit, but not much.
