Do you have any other story suggestions, like, what cool stuff Bam owns, what he geeks out about, what the name of the cruise ship is or what the grand celebration will be about?

We're building a story and a character here, and rather than force feed you my ideas, people can pitch their own.
So far they have been shy to respond but I'll smoke them out eventually. ;3

Maybe he could be an avid reader and have a decent bookshelf filled with novels and he has a secret stash of comic books he enjoys. As for grand celebration maybe they're off to an island that's a mix of tribal and modern (IE, people are wearing loin cloths but driving to the store, dancing around a fire but texting friends.). There's a big fertility festival/ritual thing happening at the island and the cruise ship is on route, all of which will end up in an island full of animal people banging to appease the gods.

Great ideas, reading is good, and I already have an idea how to visualize that in a more flashy manner.
As for the island thing, that's a good idea but that's more of a destination, kind of like Planet Of The Tribal Island People.
I was thinking maybe something along the line of a very demanding cruise ship inspector arriving to see if the service is worthy of a higher star rating making everyone on board very nervous. Or maybe some ambassador or something.
Something concerning the whole staff and making them very nervous, but on the spaceship; destinations will be added later after we have this premise set.

A strict manager would do fine for that. What's his job? Cleanup crew, maybe putting his baking skills to work so he's in the kitchen?

Well you suggested earlier Bam could be involved in the culinary field, but the manager or whatever needs to be something the whole ship has to fear. Imagine who would call the shots on a boat like Oasis of the Seas but in space. And imagine who that person, in turn, would be afraid of. That's the kind of pressure we need here.

Also this does not define the plot of the story but the premise of the first chapter. The real story will unfold after this important event.

Oh! Well that would be the captain and in turn the captain would be scared of the CEO that owns the company and space boat. And don't worry about being vauge. It's fine.

Well mentioned before he likes baking and reading. Judging by his hips though it seems like he chomps down the sweets he makes a bit too often. Maybe he has a favorite comic hero that he idolizes. Oh and he needs some friends too for sure but they could be introduced later. Maybe he's really into playing games on his PC too.

As for toys, his PC, his tablet for work (though he has installed some games on it for slow times at work.) and either a box of butt toys or just one big one that he keeps under his bed.

Vampire tanning salon! Business has never been slower! I dunno, I'll have to think about it lol. I might come up with some idea for his friends.

Ok I came up with a character that might be kinda fun to have around. It's a big tall muscley female. I'm thinking maybe a wolf because Bam is a sheep. She's a passenger with an attitude just as big as she is. She's taken a liking to Bam though so she's on her third cruise in a row and has taken extra measures to be in the section of ship near him.

She's a big scary woman who could most likely go toe to toe with the CEO of the ship but then again the CEO has the power to get her stuffed into a shuttle and sent home. The two of them don't see eye to eye because the boss wants Bam to get to work but she wants to keep Bam for herself. So this could possibly end up with bam having to choose the lesser of the two evils.

I have no objection to your ideas but that song intro would suggest she's as big as Godzilla. I kid of course, the song proper is very sassy and dangerous, and that would help to describe her a lot.

I guess it would depend on the scene really. If she's at the gym then she gets tight workout gear. Not sure what to give her for when she's just lounging about or when she's wandering around the ship.
