I didn't realize the connection until just now but...

Yeah, I can definitely feel the same sort of vibe here as I get from the Oneohtrix Point Never track (hell, album) of the same name. I can literally hear that song right about now actually.


I like how you're really good at catching the feel of music and encapsulating it in your art in a figurative sense. It's awesome. And it motivates me so hard to try and be as cool as you (hell, it motivates me to try and be cooler than you) in this regard.


and even before I noticed the connection this image was pretty good. that "rift" of light between the two individuals is a really neat effect, and I really adore how those two look/seem alike even when one is clearly shadowed. And I think you got the warm/cool contrast thing (not sure what it's called aaaaa) down pat really well here.
