A story that was created to describe the history of my OC, Alythia Aurora, within a universal wide foretold legend that was spread around galaxies to the great beyond.

Alythia Aurora, formally known as princess Starlight, has been having haunting dreams of her past and never understood why it happened or what it meant when voices ran in her mind about a great legend. She then seeks out answers with the help of her mate, Lunaris, whom is the last of his northern moon dragon kind and their loyal guardians: a wyvern drake named Valkyrie and a eastern moon drake named Drago. However, not far from getting her questions answered, a great evil is out to stop her for it was her own destiny to prevent the foretold legend from coming true. Though it was too late. Alythia had already succeeded in her destiny of linking both the sea and the sky of stars together to create a new kind. Zelfinae still plans to make her destiny come true to rule over the whole universe by killing Alythia, while she seeks out who and why did they cause the catastrophe in her past that has been haunting her dreams.

-Chapter 2-

~Many years later...~

Alythia slept restless one night. She was about 24 in human years, 214 in dragon years and was curled up at the side of her mate; a protective moon dragon male by the name of Lunaris. Her body would quiver and shake as nightmares of her past when she was born haunted her dreams. Soon legendary unknown voices lingered around her thoughts.

" The great star legend foretold of a dragon... born on the eve of the where the stars would fall... One single star would birth the ' chosen one ' after a mass destruction of their homeland. The one that is destined to link the sky and sea. However, it is also foretold that an evil is out there to stop the ' chosen one ' from fulfilling their destiny... "

The voices faded and all that was left in her mind were the haunting dreams of her past. She continued to shake and quiver, watching it all happen. Before she awakened to make the nightmare fade, she believed to have seen a large black dragon casting its great shadow over her homeland. She saw the eyes of it were red as crimson blood and saw herself standing to face it. The area around them was in ruins; her parents and friends layed in the rubble and the kingdom was destroyed. Her heart fell in shock at these horrifying images. The black dragon was then seen ready to strike, but then Alythia awoke; shivering and panting with fright.

" What's the matter? " Lunaris asked, awakening beside her. His white-silver scales glistened from the rays of the moonlight shining in from the open doors of the balcony. He looked upon her with his golden eyes that glowed through the shadows. " I-Its nothing. " Alythia replied as she continued to shiver. " I had a nightmare. " She sat up in bed, the silk sheets covering her chest as she looked at her curious, yet tired, mate. " Care to tell me about this one? I hope it's not about gage... " he asked, putting an arm around her. " It's nothing much to tell. " she told him. " And no. I don't even want to remember those memories. Just about my past that had to do with my homeland. " Lunaris shrugged. " Tell me about it..." he says. " I'm curious to know. "

Alythia leaned her body against his, letting out a soft sigh. " I was only a young dragon when I was born and the last time I saw my parents. " she began to say. " Something happened on that night when the stars were falling. My mother was in panic as she ran away from the kingdom while my father was fighting off a black dragon. The whole place was in ruins. " Lunaris held her close in his arms, laying his head upon hers gently. " I see... " he says. " What else did you see in that nightmare? " His mate wandered her thoughts to ponder more about the nightmare. Then she continued. " My mother was whispering to me about having to survive. I didn't really know what she meant. I drifted to sleep in her arms as she kept running. I didn't know what else happened after that. What happened to my parents. But I ended waking up in a deep abyss. "

She yawned tiredly and nuzzled under his chin; her eyes closed softly. Lunaris gently ran his claw through her hair and rubbed her cheek. " I think it’s time for you to go back to sleep. " he whispered to her. " Maybe someday we could ask your grandparents about this. " He lays her back down in the bed, then covers her up in the silk sheets while snuggling her into his arms. But before he would sleep, he looked over to the other side of the room where two other figures slept. It was their loyal guardians, Valkyrie and Drago, curled up together. " I am quite surprised they didn't awaken from me and Alythia's conversation. " he said. " They need their sleep as I need mine. " Yawning, he looked back to his sleeping beauty, kissed her, and layed down to sleep.
