There isn't a hard and fast solution sadly, Adobe really did us Flash artists dirty.
You can try some Flash emulator browser extensions like Ruffle, and apparently Newgrounds has one. I tried Ruffle briefly and it seems to be OK, has some issues with some of the visuals and FX but does an OK job.
