What an adorable idea, I love how you painted it as if he's looking at the viewer from across the table. :D Its a little difficult to tell where the lighting is coming from though. The wine glass suggests its from the left, but on the right of the character it looks like there's just as much light.

The pose is just so relaxed. <3 Like how the arms are rested, and the shoulders not stiff, very well done!

Yeah, the idea was to have the lighting coming from behind him, but the effect didn't look nearly as good on the glass as a uni-directional source of light. Let's just say the light on that side of him is a bit brighter, eh? ;)

And I'm actually amazed at how well the arms and shoulders came out, not my typical fair by a long shot! n.n;
