I think you are off to a nice start with art. You got a bit of anatomy issues, which are easy to fix. Try looking at other people's work, and study the proportions. Also study people you see, that really helps.

Also, try to tone down on the rumples in the clothing :P they are usually gathered near the end of the sweater, so that part would be bigger than the top of the sleeve (due to rumples)

Other than that, you are doing well, especially for a third drawing!

yah, wrinkles are off, ure right. i hadnt realized... and i realize the muzzle angle is off and the gets wider as he get down toward the hips :/ do u see any other anatomical problems?

The neck is a bit big, you need to work on hands (but who doesn't? xD), and just basic body proportions, I guess. :P

Also I noticed there is no hand bulge in your pocket. :P
