Lemon Cheesecake recipe! :3
Requested by several FA friends; Jeeves 'Cheaters' Lemon Cheesecake. No oven cooking required! Check my scraps for other recipes!! :3
Ingredients:
1 Packet of favourite crumbly buscuits: Digestives, ginger nuts, etc.
Juice and grated zest of 3 lemons, or 2 lemons and 2 limes.
Butter
300ml Condensed milk
300ml double cream.
Method:
Super easy! This recipe relies on a natural reaction between the condensed milk and the lemon juice.
Grate the rind off your lemons and put it aside, THEN juice the lemons. It'll be much easier to grate the rind BEFORE you juice them. ^^
Mix together the condensed milk and cream in a bowl till well combined. Add lemon juice and rind, stir vigorously. Watch as SCIENCE happens and the mixture thickens. Leave it to set a little while you make your biscuit base.
Get your biscuits, put them in a plastic bag and beat them to crumbs with a rolling pin. Alternatively use a food processor, but the former is far more cathartic. :3
Heat butter in a pan until melted. Add your biscuits and stir. You should use just enough butter to bind the biscuits together in a soft crumbly base.
Take a large glass bowl (a cassarole dish, roasting dish or similar, and spread on the base, pressing down till firm at about 1cm thickness. Pour/spoon lemon cheesecake topping on, smooth out over the top. Put in fridge to set for 4-5 hours. You should be able to cut a slice out of the cheesecake without the cheesecake mixture running!
Serve. Indulge. Repeat as necessary until spherical. :3

I meant it as "polish", like... shoe polish, and such ;3
And metal... well, I do live in an industrial area (All the metal in the air from the foundries... wonderful, I can almost chew it). So, in my province it's metal and mining. Dunno about the rest of the country ^^;

The company who makes it has a great sense of humour too. They tried to release this advert here: Everybody Loves Irn Bru
If you're polish like your profile says, it shouldn't be hard to find the kind of cream he's referring to in a local Biedronka or any other supermarket. It's just the ones that aren't really sour cream, and that have a high fat content - usually the fat content's on the label :3
