Why the hell is there "apple" in the species dropdown, but not goat?
Anyway, this is a character I've been working on recently. He's an occultist (because goats are very occult animals, mmkay) and doesn't have a name yet because naming a character is the hardest part.
ADMIRE MY HANDWRITING.
I loathe my digital lineart (no flow, and it ends up looking smudgier than a 2B pencil drawing), so I've been forcing myself to do all my sketches digitally lately. I suffer.

Coolies! Me like. An interesting character! Eyes fit the occult thing well - very good idea not going for anything less weird than goat eyes! Good work on the hand too - looks convincing.
I don't like the bottom left face, perhaps abit too human - the lack of ears stands out.
The horn stumps reminded me of the picture of a six-horned goat for some reason.
(P.S. deer is not in the list either and there are shitloads of deer pictures on fa. I haven't seen any apple pron here... :)

Crud. You're right, I left out the ears... I erased them to put the hat on and forgot to make them stick out underneath >_<
Six-horned goat: That was one of my resource images, actually! I imagined where he's from, whenever a child is born with more than two horns, he or she is sent off to become an apprentice with a local witcher or something. When he grew up, he sawed them off to stop people staring (and so he can put on fancy hats).
BTW, in the large image, is it recognisable that he's got a duffel bag slung over his shoulder? I didn't want to change the pose again, but it looks kind of dodgy...

Good background story idea there. me like. :]
Yes, the bag isn't instantly obvious from this angle - making it of slightly different color from the coat should help. Maybe a darker shade (they're often black... atleast from what i've seen).
(I thought everyone here set to full-view images instantly. Small pictures here aren't much better than thumbnails.)

Thanks! Coming from you, the Lord of Slick, that's a huge compliment.
I really like sepia tones...and I have to use coloured backgrounds anyway, because if I stared at black lines on a white screen for eight hours a day, I'd need new glasses every week rather than every year>_<
