Bronze Artist Commissions - One More Look & Feedback
So this is something I whipped up to show two more examples and give more information on how I want to go about my Bronze Artist commissions. I've had two 'yes's' so far but I wanted to get a few more opinions on if my idea is okay or if alot of people think it is unfair or needs editing.
The two full body anthro pictures on the right and left are the basic things I am offering. It is a sketchy messy colored picture of whatever character you give me. It will have flat color with a little bit of shade as you can see. It is SUPPOSED to look rushed and sloppy, that is the point. I will not be cleaning these up, as this is a style I am using for this Bronze Artist to get commissions done at a faster pace since I will have a big list.
The middle one, the pony, is referring to pony and ferals. Ponies & Ferals & pokemon, anything that looks feral in general, will be a slightly cheaper price. However, if the character is complicated, the price will go up.
Wings, lots of detail or limbs, extremely detailed and highly varied body markings ( that are showing) etc etc will result in your character being labeled as complicated, and will tag on an extra 5$ to your price.
I am thinking of charging 10$ for the normal anthro full bodies, and 7$ for the ferals. If you want extra characters it'd be +5 per. Limit of three characters in one. There is no limit on how many slots a person can claim.
Anyway, I'm still looking for opinions on this. If people would be interested, if this seems like a fair price compared to my work and how my prices have been in the past ( If you can't tell, I'm trying to make these very cheap for their subject matter ), etc etc.

Lol yis~ Well I really hope more people that already said they'd be interested will comment because that is what I am mainly looking for. It'd be dumb if I only had two people sign up it would defeat the entire purpose of this. I'm doing this to raise money for myself to go see my fiance this summer and put aside other commission money for replacement things I need and for college books next semester. I might have to start doing adoptables too on the side if I want to meet my goal. xP
Yeah, makes sense. And if a few folks end up getting them at the start it can snowball too. Once the commissioners post it in their gallery, people will come, I think. It's a crazy good deal. :) I know

Providing something as a reward for pimping might be a good thing to do as well, I think. Maybe I could do a raffle and have a set of 5 winners to get something in return? I wonder how many people would be interested in getting a free design commission. I've been wanting to make adoptables/designs alot lately but when I do create unique species no one seems interested. I could play around with that idea once it is up...hmmm..
I had pretty good success with a raffle I did once, I just did tiered rewards, so like every 5 people who shared I added another (small) prize. It worked fine for me since I'm still an art newbie and don't have a ton of fans, but I am sure if you expanded it to like, every 10 or 20 people who shared you could add a design/sketch/whatever you feel like giving away that wouldn't stress you it would still work fine!
What do you mean by adding though. That wouldn't make people feel irked? To be a part of the buildup of people sharing and then the NEXT wave of people getting the bonus? How did you go about that if you don't mind me asking? :3
And I may have been around more than you but I still have a fairly low rate of how many of my watchers reply and communicate. I have a great handful of people who comment fairly often, and some that comment from time to time or participate in my events or whatever, but I think I might vary it depending on what prizes I will award and how many people I may see interested right off the bat.
I really enjoy doing icons though, especially animated ones, but they take time and sometimes don't work the way I want them to because FA's system says they're too memory-heavy.

I just add final prizes when a milestone is reached. All prizes are distributed at the end!

and so on
(every person who shares gets a number assigned to them)
When raffle expires, you have randomly selected (random.org) winners: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc place.
1st place would get biggest prize, 2nd the next biggest, etc.

Oh wow that isn't a bad idea at all.
I'll have to think about if I wanna do that, or just give a large amout of icons as prizes through a raffle, or just to everyone that pimps me out or BRINGS me a commissioner or something. Idk lol. Or maybe like, buy two slots get an animated icon free...idk I'll have to think of something and play with it more. :D
