Naw, as long as you don't use 8F Glitch incorrectly, nor save over a save file that have had used Super Glitch before, you should be safe. most other Glitches are safe to use if you are prepared or use them correctly. For example, the only way to escape Glitch City is to Fly or Teleport out of there, because you are trapped in a town that doesn't exist. Flying or Teleporting anywhere gets you free from there. Just don't move too far away in Glitch City or the game crashes, if you try to do this glitch yourself I mean. I've seen what happens if you do. To note, Ketsuban, JP Red and Green's version of Missingno, is more dangerous than USA's MIssingno. JP Red and Green Version also had a form of a "wrong warping" glitche, like Zelda Ocarina of Time has, but done differently. If done right, you could use that glitch to get anywhere you wanted from a warp point. Warps also includes doors, as doors too are a warp, as they warp your character to another map.
