More info: Clot lives in a universe of anarchy. Not too much order nor consequences to one's actions. He runs a bit of a run down hospital whose business really is booming because of all the people hurting each other since no one'll stop them. Because no one is there to keep the hospital running right, a fair amount of the patients are lost in malpractice. Clot doesn't exactly do his job well. Not that he intends to kill anyone.
