I think she would be one of those people who are persistently kind and sweet to EVERYONE, and tries to help everyone with their problems despite having her own (and being perhaps the tiniest bit self conscious because of the whole featherless/fleshy turkey head thing).

Also would be incredibly modest and soft spoken, but maybe a bit too trusting and naive.
