I designed this character roughly a year ago, and it was the start of something much bigger, with the support and ideas of nearly all my friends. that'll be coming soon!

Cherdric is a pooltoy dragon. Like all of his kind, he is fat in appearance and has stubby, difficult-to-use legs. They are also usually 9 feet tall. He also doesn't differ much from the default design spec. (Which is to say he's pretty plain looking)

The diamond shape on his legs and cheeks set him apart from many others of his kind. In his culture, it's a symbol of importance and power. The true meaning behind it, though, is in his natural ability: a constantly generating supply of hydrogen that is regulated by breathing it out. Choosing not to do so has predictable consequences.

He's known as the prince among other dragons, but it's only a title. There is no true monarchy or established government in his world, and he isn't valued more than anyone else. They just have an unexplained urge deep inside that influences them towards ideas like these, and enjoy playing the roles regardless.

Cherdric is extremely lazy, preferring to spend most of his time lounging. Despite this, he doesn't mind company and has a playful and innocent enough attitude towards any who would treat him in kind. He hates walking, and as a result is exceptionally clumsy compared to others of his kind who are normally more adept at getting around, despite their poorly shaped bodies. He also is especially not fond of having his internal pressure changed very much in either direction, in contrast to others who are not quite so touchy unless they are in any sort of danger.
