Terms of Service:
-I require a payment before i start. No exceptions. (This can be talked if you have an expensive piece in mind, and you want to pay in more than 2 parts. That's the only exception i'd make)
-Whenever i open slots, they are reserved only upon paying. For more complex pieces, you can reserve with 50% of the price, then pay the rest when i show you a sketch.
-I work using PayPal, BitCoin, and could also accept alternative payment options like eShop prepaid cards.
-It's okay to ask me via note before committing! I don't bite~
-I DON'T DRAW PORN ON THIS ACCOUNT, AND I ONLY DRAW PORN IF YOU HAVE A VERY SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION OF WHAT THE CHARACTERS WILL BE DOING/THEIR POSES. Sorry for this rule, but i don't really watch or look at porn, so a written description or an as-sfw-as-possible photo ref would be great! Porn takes special price quotes, consult via note!
-Please try to give me good references. If not, i'll look for pictures of the character in your gallery and, if you cannot describe it well, i'll do what i think is right. So don't complain if your reference isn't clear and i end up deviating from the design you have in mind.
-Do you want something not in my list? Like a refsheet maybe? Ask me via note! I might be up for it (: I do personalized character design when i have time.
-I will update you via note, using Puu.sh to host my screenshots. Upon 48 hours without a reply, i'll continue by myself.

-On normal circumstances, a flat color/cellshaded piece takes me half an afternoon on average. Soft-shaded pieces can take several days. I'm usually quick, but can be delayed. Don't hesitate to ask me if you think i'm taking too long! (but please be reasonable, if i am taking a week to do something it might be because i'm busy. But if i take a month, then it's good to go)
-I DON'T WORK OR GO ONLINE ON WEEKENDS, UNLESS YOU SEE ME ONLINE AND WORKING. I have stuff to pay attention to on weekends and don't even touch my computer, unless i'm sick or staying at home for any other reason. From Monday to Thursday, i'm online most of the day and willing to work with you!

someone gave me the idea today, i accept Nintendo prepaid cards (if you're in the US) as payment as well
They come in $10, $20 and $50 if i recall correctly. You get one at a supermarket or game store and send me the code on the card via private message
it's a lot easier than money orders and it gets me games just as if it were real money C:
