this is what I hear in my head everyday. I dont want to here it anymore. It hurts . Everyone I have ever Loved has said this to me and it is Stuck Drilled in my head. I dont understand why I hear these things, I try to change but it does not get anywere it is hard for me to look my self in the mirror and say I am me. But you know what I still put a Smile on my face and act like Nothing is wrong but this is what is happeing on the inside. I just wanted you all to know.

you know what you should do? Tell those people exactly how it makes you feel, and don't hold back the emotion. Make them realize how they would feel if everyone else made them feel bad for being themselves. Assert your position and stance because not saying anything allows you to be bashed, and it allows them to think its okay to say such things.
I think a lot of us hear things we don't want to hear, and sadly, if we hear it too much, it gets stuck in your head.
I remember, when I was 10, before my father walked out, he told me "No man would ever love you because you're fat."
That's been enrooted in my head for 10 years now and I actually believe it somewhat.
But you can't let these things get to you, you're a good person, and it really is what is on the inside that counts.
The people that tell you hurtful things don't deserve to have you in their life.
