Little somethin' I whipped up, I would say to experiment with things and whatnot, again! :D

Known before given a few drawings back I submitted, I own and am LOVIN' the recent PMD game, Gates to Infinity!
In mists of playin' it, a Pokemon I (of course) have yet to before known about appears, and right away, BOOM, I'm floored by the design of this character! <3

FINALLY got around to drawin' 'im too, and, quite rarely with me, pretty pleased with results here! :)

Mainly background with water-like effexts and whatnot, and of course jus' a wacky shading/lightin' show on 'im!
