Im curious if you have access to a PS program because it has this nice feature when you hit crtl+M to insta pop up the curves layer where you can click on the black ink dropper and white ink dropper to get a good read of colors. I find it really helps bringing color back into a photo.

Mhh, sadly i dont have access to a PS Program. Iam using Lightroom for managing my photomasses xD

But iam not sure if I like the result. It looks like it has an higher Black-Value now. Its more itense, but its not how it loos like "in person".

To be fair our eyes can see more depth and range than any camera that exists now our probably for the next ten years, so it'll never look like the way it does in person.

Though I understand the want to make things look natural.

Also I believe Lightroom can do this as well
