They really ought to have Toon listed under the Species heading. Xenomorph has a nice ring to it though, and given the character this is for it'll be pretty out of this world!
Rough final sculpt of a toon nose prosthetic I am working on. Once I get some sleep I will go over it one more time and smooth it out before bringing it to a makeup artist friend who will do the foam fabrication. I like using my oven for cooking food, one batch of foam latex will effectively kill that suitability!
More pics to come, this will be my Larry/Gary/Toon nose v2.0. Teeheehee!

Speaking of movement, what do you aim for? I know foam allows for some range of 'natural' movement but not necessarily a full blown one (ala soft silicone masks), but I suppose that may not be what you are going for.
Also, I know these evoke a rather strong reaction in people, either they love it or hate it, and...well I'm curious about acquiring something like this for the reactions.

The design was meant for a uninhibited mouth and eye movement, with the chin, lip and eyebrow pieces optional depending on the performer's preference for coverage. Given that it is foam latex, it will have good flexibility around the cheeks and mouth, so the wearer's expressions will be amplified into a toonier version of their natural features. That is the goal at least!
I certainly expect this to be something one would react to, whether it's love it or run like fuck from it, har! And they will be available for purchase once I have tried it on myself and can vouch for the quality and ease of movement. So if you are looking to toon up your life, this would be a good way to start! I'd love to grow a toon army, heh heh!
