Actually I made Koin here based off of this legend I heard my friends told me.
Something about how Koi fish traveled up the streams and waterfalls all their life to get to the spring... Those fish who reach the spring are turned into dragons! So Koin here is the living legend of that story~ He use to be a little koi fish himself. :D
