Than, I've been watching your videos and looking at your pictures, and there's one thing I can't figure out. After you do your shades, colors, and highlights, and you merge all the layers together, do you have the line art layer merged too? Or do you keep it on a separate layer and just work with the colors? I'm wanting to attempt trying a painting style, and I can't figure out if I need to work with the line art when painting, or keep it separate and just work with the colors.
And any other basic tips, however small, would be awesome ^^
