The idea with the collar picking up HBO came from the realization that I was making for GIGI a counterpart to KIGA, a K-Girl created by Pyras Terran ( [link] ) based on the "posessed" Godzilla from "Godzilla vs. Mothra vs. King Ghidorah" that is main K-Girl GINA's "evil twin." Since KIGA was possessed by the spirits of dead soldiers, what could GIDGET be possessed by? How about...premium cable services..?
