Kylal was still turned away when Graes' voice in his ear caught him by surprise, jumping and turning, before the crimson fabric was tied around his eyes. His hands fumbled for either Graes or something he could hold on to, grunting softly when he was nudged forward, turning his face over his shoulder. "H-hey! What are you-" He stopped when he heard the rushing water even closer, jerking to a stop suddenly, turning his face over his shoulder. "C-C'mon Graes..."
From right beside Kylal, Graes reached up and grabbed his love by the cheeks. "It's okay, Kylal... You trust me, don't you?" he smiled, even if Kylal couldn't see it. He felt Kylal nod and heard him murmur 'Yes'. "I'll never let harm come to you, my love," the young man said softly and pulled Kylal into a kiss. Then, as they kissed, he slowly walked the naga into the shallow waters.
Kylal jumped lightly when his cheeks were held, his hands moving up to the hands on his face. He swallowed nervously before he nodded and said, "Yes...". He swallowed again before their lips met, sighing against his boyfriend's lips, not registering what was happening until his scales felt the water brush against him. He stiffened and whimpered softly, clinging to Graes like a child.
"I love you, Kylal," was all Graes said and kept walking forward into the stream. Even at the deepest the water would only be up to their waists. Though Kylal was rigid as a plank of wood, the human was happy (and surprised) to find that he was still able to guide him further. Eventually Graes got Kylal right into the center, and that's when he broke the kiss. "Now... How does it feel? That water flowing around you. Is it scary? Does it feel like it's going to hurt you?"
Swallowing nervously when he was pulled into the deeper water, he pulled back on Graes, as if to get him to guide him back to shore, to get him out of the water. As the water got deeper, his panic increased, his hold on Graes getting tighter, until their kiss broke. At the questions he shook his head, swallowing again, feeling panic rise in the pit of his stomach, still clinging to his boyfriend. "I...I'm scared...it's strong..." He put his hands out and lightly 'patted' the top of the water, as if hoping for something solid for him to climb onto to get out of the water.
