I can almost imagine what you're feeling.
Looking through the mirror sometimes just makes you sick inside(to each their own reason).
Life can play a big part of all kinds of negative thoughts/emotions which TO THAT ALONE is incredibly depressing.

Yes...that's so true.
And sometimes i KNOW there is no 'real' reason to feel down. I just fall and then BAM. Grey.
But at least it goes away after some days, most of the time at least.
