Finally got my scanner up and running after the move.

I've been starting to read comics for the first time, specifically DC universe stuff..

After what i read, I felt like Aquaman should have waaaay better villains, so I made one up.

I don't have a name for this character yet, but it's powers are the ability to de-evolve creatures, making them become prehistoric versions of their species. This ability works particularly well with the most ancient species, typically found in the ocean. Can also control such creatures.

Additionally, the ability to control it's own body's evolutionary path, growing monstrous limbs, gills, wings, etc.
