She's actually a type of gargoyle. They look similar to lizard folk but the scales ted to be craggier + they have vestigial wings and horns (and ears). The same characters are in an earlier image to if you want to see more of her :) http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10029230/
I do like seeing multi-Species adventuring parties, I personally like to use races such as Gnolls, Kobolds (One of my favorite Races) and a Thri-Kreen character. I do love making the DM react to deal with the fact that I refuse to be any of the "normal" races. (IE, Humans, Dwarves, Elves, etc..)
