Second drawing of Saskia I ever made.
I've been trying to make this lady curvaceous. I'm sure you can't tell, because damn, I failed miserably! If anything, she looks anorexic. (with apologies to those who find this remark offending). I wanted to make her curvaceous, without becoming unrealistic, letting the fear of the latter get in the way.
But forget that obvious flaw, and look at the rest of the drawing. I'm really pleased with that. She came out pretty much how I pictured her. I like her face and hair most of all.
Picture her with the perfect curves, because she is the prettiest cat you'll ever meet in my furry universe.
Or at least, she is in Pete Bagheera's eyes. Too bad she is his sister. Pete was adopted, hence the different species. (not that I am adopted in real life, btw.)
October 2006. Started as a couple-of-inch-sized sketch, scanned it, printed it bigger, inked it, scanned it, printed it, and colored it with pencil. I did very little editing on the PC, just a minimum amount of touching up here and there.
An other version of this picture shows her fur pattern: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1047757/
Edit: I've got a "(re)colored" version of this in scraps: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1047751/
