Looked through a few weave sites, unable to find any documented proof of existence (if I'm wrong post a link and I'll update). Closest name I can think of for this weave is Persian Dragonscale Minus One.

CGMaille has this weave twice, under two names with different ways to make it, Persian Dragonscale http://cgmaille.com/tutorials/persiandscale.shtml and DragonBack http://cgmaille.com/tutorials/dragonback.shtml (I tend to see it referred to as Dragonback more)
