
Close up in gray to better see hair details. I posted a sketch of this character a while ago that was made with dynamesh in Zbrush. This model is now real clean geometry that could be animated.
This is one of my original characters. I tried to capture the same style in the sculpt that the drawing of him has. I want to print him in actual 3D so I have been experimenting with ways to create 3D hair not only for the head, facial hair, eyelashes, eyebrows but also body hair. I think this method has the right look I want now I just need to see how it translates to a high quality 3D print and at what scale it needs to be so it will print with the details. Zbrush and 3DS Max. I used Ornatrix for the hair.
