It's a very nice program, and the options they have for inking are phenomenal. I'm hopeful that I'll go far with this new tool.

It's by trend micro -- they make poser and anime studio. Very solid program, costs like $70 for the current version of manga studio. It sounds like something girls might use to make kawaii stuff, and it does have some tools they'd use, but it has some really good capabilities for both raster and vector. This is a raster drawing!
