Zangoose; he's small but fat
This particular shorty Zangoose is anyway. And when yer short n' start packin' on the weight, well, it aint a good combination if yer a pokemon that runs around a lot. But then again, if ya run around a lot, chances are ya won't end up gettin this blubbery! Of course, that is unless ya have a extra huggy trainer that fattens up their Zangoose, teehee! ;3 Zangoose may not be among my favorite of pokemon, but ya can make just about anythin' cute when ya pudgify it, and give it a cute expression X3c
Though I may have overdoin' the feedin'. Zangoose can't even see over his big giant belly anymore, and if I keep goin', his entire head is gonna be blocked by belly... oooooh wellll ^-^

Teehee, well ya can't really go wrong with -any- size n' enormously blubbery and obese huh? ^^
Lil things are just easier to make helplessly fat n' blobby since ya don't have to pay for as much food. A giant sized critter would take sooooo much to feed, but at least they'd be super big!
